From the moment you walk through our door, our number one goal is to assist you in feeling welcomed, comfortable and in control of your dental experience. We'll take the time to get to know each other, introduce you to our team, and show you around our facilities. We will hear your concerns, and answer your questions. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we treat all patients as if they were family.


During your first visit, we will review:

• Medical and Dental History

• Blood Pressure Screening

• An Oral Cancer Screening

• Digital Photographs of Your Face, Profile, and Teeth

• X-Rays

• Evaluation of Your Existing Restorations

• Functional Diagnosis of the TMJ (your jaw joint)

• Gum-Depth Measurements

• Customized Treatment Planning

• Patient Education on Findings


Patient Forms

During your first visit, you will have a few forms to fill out. If you’d like to expedite your visit, simply fill out these forms and bring them with you to your appointment. If you have any questions along the way, feel free to contact our practice.








Payment and Financing

We are pleased to discuss our professional fees with you at any time. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship. Our financial programs are designed to help make your treatment financially comfortable and to help you begin recommended treatment immediately.

We accept cash, check and most major credit cards. Payments for dental services is expected at the time of services rendered unless otherwise arranged. If you need any financial help our Office Manager is an expert, and she will be glad to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Please feel free to call or e-mail her at any time.

We now accept CareCredit.



We will do our best to help coordinate your dental benefits so that you receive the maximum possible reimbursement for the services we have provided you in a timely manner. As a courtesy, our staff will gladly provide you with any necessary forms or submit any paperwork on your behalf to assist you in receiving direct reimbursement by your insurance carrier. Excellent dental care is available with or without dental benefits. We hope you choose the best that dentistry has to offer.



If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
